Top Clemson Targets Set Commitment Dates
William Satterwhite, a 6-foot 5, 290LB 4-Star IOL from Akron, Ohio is set to decide between Clemson and Tennessee on July 7th. Per 247Sports, Satterwhite is the No. 20 IOL in the country and the No. 11 player in the state of Ohio. On3.com’s prediction tool slightly favors the Tigers.
Casey Poe, a 6-foot 4.5, 290LB 4-Star IOL from Lindale, Texas is set to decide between Clemson, Alabama, Oklahoma, LSU, Texas Tech, Auburn, and Georgia on July 12th. Poe is the No. 5 IOL and No. 133 OVR player in the country, per 247Sports. 247Sports’ Director of Recruiting, Steve Wiltfong, has crystal-balled Poe to the Crimson Tide. On3.com’s prediction tool also heavily favors Alabama.
Fletcher Westphal, a 6-foot 8, 330LB 4-Star OT from Leesburg, Virginia is set to decide between Georgia, Clemson, Auburn, Arkansas and Florida on July 10th. Westphal is the No. 20 OT and No. 247 OVR player in the country, per 247Sports. He took Official Visits to Clemson, Arkansas, Florida and Georgia in June. The Tigers are currently slight favorites over Georgia via On3.com’s prediction tool.
Alex Taylor, a 6-foot 2, 175LB 4-Star WR from Greensboro, North Carolina is set to decide between Clemson, Penn State, North Carolina, NC State and Virginia Tech on July 29th. Taylor is the No. 26 WR and No. 154 OVR player in the country, per 247Sports. Taylor received a crystal ball to Clemson in late April, but On3.com’s prediction tool currently lists North Carolina as the heavy favorite.

Clemson was named the No. 1 June recruiting winner by On3Sports following five high-level 2024 commitments throughout the month, with an average rating of 94.28 per commit:

USC had 13 commits for an average rating of 90.80, Florida had 10 commits for an average rating of 89.61, Texas had six commits for an average rating of 91.27, and Georgia rounded out the top five with six commits for an average rating of 90.61.
Clemson’s five latest pledges brought the 2024 class to a total of 13 commits with an average On3 rating of 90.909, good for eighth in the country.
